The Senior Solution Consultant works with Account Managers as their technical counter-part in collecting requirements & advising our enterprise restaurant brands on how to use & implement our product to best meet their needs.
The Senior Solution Consultant works closely with the Product Management & Development Teams to build the best product for our customers.
The Senior Solution Consultant reports to the CPO
The Product Owner is responsible for leading the creation of functional product specifications, based on the guidance provided by the product management team. He/she communicates effectively and manages product development and delivery within the scrum team. The Product Owner prioritises and refines backlog as well as works together with the developers, quality assurance teams and UX designers to design and build the product. He/she is the sole point of contact for product-related questions/matters from the Scrum team, and works with the product management team to deliver the right answers.
He/she needs to have a good understanding of the product’s architecture & capabilities, in order to analyse new product developments and all of their dependencies. His/her technical knowledge & background should aid in the analysis process (feasibility, architecture & dependencies), the writing of product specifications and in the communication with developers. His/her product & technology background should enable him/her to understand both the user & the technical requirements for a new feature.

As a Frontend developer in MENU, you will play an important role in building one of the most advanced food ordering&payment platforms in the hospitality industry. Your work will have an impact on the digital guest experience for MENU restaurant customers. You will work with an experienced development team of twenty people and contribute to technology selection, architecture and user experience for our products.

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the entire customer journey starting from the point where a new customer signs a contract with MENU. The Implementation Specialist is coordinating all stakeholders duties and to do’s during the complete implementation period. Once the customer is completely rolled out the Implementation Specialist is responsible for the customer success management.

Together with the design team, you’ll have insights in all phases of product conceptualizing, design, development and improving upon feedback. As our products focus on digital ordering processes, your research will aim to improve user digital experience, but also will analyze user offline experience prior and after using MENU products.
As a QA Engineer in MENU, you will work with an experienced QA team to test the whole ecosystem of products – from mobile applications for iOS and Android devices and web applications, to integration with POS systems from other providers. You will design and execute automated and manual test cases to support APIs, ensure products meet or exceed the specified standards, acceptance criteria and end-user requirements.
