Does MENU software work on any kiosk hardware?

Am I able to offer both counter service and table service with the MENU Ecosystem?

Yes. MENU Ecosystem supports table service due to its state of the art table location logic that works for both mobile as well as kiosk orders. For counter service MENU Kiosks dispenses pucks/pagers to notify guests when their order is ready. Alternatively MENU integrates with your numbering displays. For mobile native app orders, MENU uses push notifications to notifying guests when their order is ready. Web orders can be notified via sms.

Am I able to offer counter service with the MENU Ecosystem?

How does my staff manage the incoming orders from the different MENU channels?

All orders from the MENU ecosystem feed into your existing printers / kitchen display (together with all your POS orders). Additionally we provide your restaurant with a Tablet to notify customers when their order is ready for pickup.

Does MENU integrate with delivery service providers?

Yes, MENU integrates with fleet management software & delivery service providers to enable the fulfillment of your delivery orders.

Who owns the data generated on the white-label MENU ecosystem?

Your brand owns all the data generated on your white-label ecosystem.

How can I use the guest data generated across my channels?

MENU offers powerful out-of-the-box statistics and also integrates with selected third party platforms to allow your brand to engage with your customers.

How does MENU charge for its services?

MENU operates as software-as-a-service and charges a monthly licensing fee per restaurant and channel.

Can MENU integrate into existing applications (e.g. native mobile app that does not offer order & pay with POS integration etc)?

MENU offers developer tools that allow your developers to integrate all features into an existing app.

Does MENU provide the hardware like kiosks and payment terminals?

We don't provide hardware ourselves, but we have a set of incredible hardware partners that integrate our software seamlessly.
